Lighting is an essential part of everyday life, both beautiful and functional, technical and sculptural. ‘ALL LIGHT’, an immersive exhibition, brings together 15 Ontario-based artists and light designers. Through unique interpretations of ceramics, glass, textile, wood, and metal, this multidisciplinary group show celebrates the creativity, materiality, and technical innovation of our local Canadian maker community.

Curated by Kate Tessier (Kilowatt Kate) and Common Good Studio, ‘ALL LIGHT’ offers a collective exploration of illumination. Festival programming includes an opening night reception, hands-on “Make a Light” workshops, and a panel discussion – inviting all visitors to engage, connect, and create.

Join us during the festival week for:

Opening Reception: Saturday, January 24th. Celebrate the launch of the exhibition with artists and curators.

Tour + Make a Light Workshops: Sunday January 25th and Saturday January 31st. Fun and accessible for ages 12+, participants are guided by Kate through lighting basics, with all materials provided to create your own lamp.

Panel Talk – Making Space: Thursday January 29th. Moderated by Natasha Popek-Konieczko, this second edition explores local maker culture, Canadian manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and the challenges of bringing innovative products to market.

Experience this exploratory exhibition celebrating both emerging and established talent. A unique opportunity to discover, learn, and be inspired by ‘ALL LIGHT’ in Toronto.
